Booking Procedure

Check the availability calendar, contact us by telephone, or email us requesting your preferred dates and any further information you require.

To secure the booking we will require a 25% deposit. Once the deposit is received, we will write to you setting out confirmation of your booking.

A request for the balance of your holiday together with the security/breakages deposit will be sent by us 9 weeks before your date of departure. We will also request details of your travel arrangements at this time.

Optional Extras Available

Take a look at the optional extras we offer. For those of you who are travelling with young children we offer a "baby package" which consists of a travel cot, highchair and baby monitor. We also have available celebration cakes and flowers for those special occasions!

Please make sure you state any of the extras you require at the time of booking. Payment for these will be required in full at the time of your final booking payment.

Price Includes

The sole use of Villa "Kali Thea" and its equipment, garden and swimming pool, weekly cleaning, change of bed and bathroom linen, cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pool, all local taxes and charges, use of electricity, heating and water.

Price Excludes

Flights/transfer from the Airport to the villa, car hire, travel and medical insurance, excursions and beach towels.

Maps/Guides

Once a secured booking has been made, we will provide you with a detailed map. However, you may wish to purchase other maps or guides to Crete prior to your holiday.
