Our book procedure is very straight forward.
All you need to do is…
Check our availability calendar in the drop down booking menu, and contact us by email through our contact page stating your preferred dates and any further information you require.
We will then confirm availability.
We will require a 25% deposit. Once the deposit is received, we will write to you setting out confirmation of your booking with an agreement.
A request for the balance of your holiday together with the security/breakages deposit will be sent by us 10 weeks before your date of departure. We will also request details of your travel arrangements at this time.

But there is more….
We also have a great range of optional extras to offer.
For those of you who are travelling with young children we offer a “baby package” which consists of a travel cot, highchair and baby monitor. We also have available celebration cakes and flowers for those special occasions as well as different types of Champagne. See our extras menu for more details.
Please make sure you state any of the extras you require at the time of booking. Payment for these will be required in full at the time of your final booking payment.
What’s In It For You?
The rental price includes the sole use of Villa “Kali Thea” and its equipment, garden and swimming pool, weekly cleaning, change of bed and bathroom linen, cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pool, all local taxes and charges, use of electricity, heating and water.
What’s Not Included?
Flights/transfer from the Airport to the villa, car hire, travel and medical insurance, excursions and beach towels.
